This product helped me stop snoring. It helped me by opening up my airway by having the back of my tongue go forward and therefore allowing more air to pass into my lungs. Other devices like sprays and nasal openers were not able to unblock my airway because they only help in the upper respiratory areas like the nose or the back of the throat.
