    1. Please note that this is not a snoring aid and should only be used with a CPAP ventilator, for those with sleep apnea. It should only be depicted in combination with such an apparatus. It is made of a very thin strip of neoprene. I returned the item and the company promptly refunded the entire buy price and shipping.

    2. i looked for several ways to help with my sleeping problems even though i use a apnea machine i needed a way to keep my mouth closed while asleep this product worked fantastic.
